Altitude Parking offers convenient and affordable airport parking at select hotels near Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ), St. John's International Airport (YYT), and Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF). Simply park at your selected location, check in at the hotel front desk, and take the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.

Altitude Parking operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our hotel front desk is also staffed 24 hours a day for convenient check-in. Shuttle buses run every 30 minutes, please confirm the next departure times with the hotel front desk.

Confirmation emails and receipts are sent immediately after booking and payment. If you don't see yours, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you need to make a change to your reservation, please contact us using the contact form. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request where possible, but changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Shuttle service operates 24/7, departing every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Please confirm the next departure times with the hotel front desk.

Please note the shuttle runs on a first come, first served basis.

Toronto Pearson International Airport

Terminal 1 – Arrivals Level – Door E

Terminal 3 – Arrivals Level – Doors B and G

Halifax Stanfield International Airport

Pick up is on the Arrivals Level (same level where you collect your luggage). Upon exiting the airport, turn right and the shuttle pick-up spot is located at the end.

St. John's International Airport

Shuttle pick-up is located at the Departures level. After landing, please call the hotel at (709) 738-4888 to arrange pick-up.

Buffalo International Airport

When you leave the baggage claim area, walk outside and the hotel shuttle pick-up area is to your left.  

Our parking locations are well lit, and many are gated. Gated locations include DoubleTree Toronto Airport, Fairfield Inn & Suites Toronto Airport, and Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto Airport.

Majority of our parking lots are outdoor and uncovered. However, our parking lot at Fairfield Inn & Suites Toronto Airport offers limited covered parking options.

Yes, several of our parking lots offer EV charging stations exclusively for hotel guests. These include Holiday Inn Express & Suites Halifax Airport, Crowne Plaza Toronto, DoubleTree Toronto, Fairfield Inn & Suites Toronto, and Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto. EV charging stations are currently provided as a complimentary amenity for hotel guests only. You can book our hotel packages here. 

Please note that vehicles cannot be left at the charging stations for the duration of your trip.

We can accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or campers based on availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm space. Note that additional fees may apply if your vehicle occupies more than one parking space.

Yes. All pets must be kept in their crates, except for service dogs.

We recommend that you give yourself 45 minutes to 1 hour to check-in at Altitude Parking and get to the airport before the airline's suggested check-in time. Our shuttle buses run every 30 minutes, and it typically takes about 15 minutes for the shuttle bus ride. Please plan ahead and give yourself sufficient time.

Parking guests do not need to stay at the hotel to use parking services.
